The hardware slides to expand the diameter.  The smallest circumference is 7″ /18 cm and the largest circumference is 9.5″ / 24 cm. The blind stamp is an F in a square (2002).  The leather is Box Calf.   There are minor scratches and small spots on the hardware.  Otherwise in great condition.  Comes with a box.
